Electrical And Software Development Division

The Electrical and Software Division is made up of an Electrical and a Software sector.

This division is in charge of the realization and testing of each smart system that composes the machine and allows its functioning. Each system takes into account customer’s requirements trying to find the most innovative, trustworthy and the cheapest solutions.

This Division is always in contact with automation system producers, to evaluate and study the feasibility of the new market innovations applied on our machines.

In particular the Electrical section is in charge of :

• Designing and realization of electrical drawing using CAD stations;
• Electrical panels managing. These panels are totally internally assembled, wired and tested;
• Planning and materials managing of the machine’s electrical equipment.

The Software section is in charge of the:

• Automation systems choice and planning (security, PLC, communication’s nets, HMI) that will be installed on the machine;
• Realization of the software program and internal testing of the machine, commissioning and final testing at customer’s plant;
• Management of electrical assistance and modifications requested by customer.
